Whilst we do everything we can to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted of our fabrics, please note that due to monitor resolution, lighting & other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour 100% accurately.
DELIVERY We offer FREE standard UK delivery on all orders! We only use Royal Mail tracked services and most will require a signature. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days and your parcel will then take around 2-3 working days to be delivered. Please allow 7 working days before you contact us regarding a missing parcel. Unfortunately Royal Mail prohibits us to use any delivery instructions at checkout. Most of our parcels that are 6 metres or less will fit through the letterbox. If your parcel is larger than this or requires a signature and no-one is home, you will receive a card from Royal Mail with further instructions. We cannot be held responsible for non-collection of parcels at the post office and would encourage you to contact your nearest Royal Mail delivery office if you believe your parcel is missing, as the red delivery card may have been mislaid. For International Orders we charge a flat-rate per orders up to 2kg (roughly 10m) and offer FREE delivery on orders over £150. Costs are as follows: Europe: £13.50 USA & Canada: £18 Australia & New Zealand: £19 Everywhere Else: £20.50 All items are sent using a tracked service. Please allow up to 6 weeks for all international orders, particularly around Christmas time. We cannot be held responsible for any hold-ups/customs delays once the parcel reaches your own country. Please contact us for a custom quote for any international orders larger than 10 metres. All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes - each levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance will be the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to request a refund please log-in to your online account within 7 days of receipt and click on the instructions to request a return. The goods are considered your responsibility until we have confirmation they have reached us so please use a tracked service. You are responsible for all return costs except in cases where there is a fault with the product. We aim to process all returns within 7 days of receiving your items. Items must be returned to us in an unused, resalable condition, free from any marks or odours with all tags attached if applicable. Please inspect all fabric for faults before cutting as we are unable to accept returns of fabric once it has been cut. We reserve the right to return your goods to you if we believe they have been used.
